APPOINTMENT BOOKINGS: Please book your appointment via our website. You will be asked to sign up and create a profile with Fresha. Please review and confirm your booking.

CHECK-IN: Please arrive 10 minutes before your treatment to register and settle in. If you arrive late, your treatment time will be shortened in consideration of the next client.

CANCELLATIONS: We totally understand that sometimes you need to change or cancel your appointment, but we ask you to give us 24 hours notice otherwise, you can be charged 50% of the service price for late cancellation or 100% for not showing up. Fresha will ask for your card details when making a booking. Payment will be collected at the salon after your appointment. 

HEALTH CONDITIONS AND CONSULTATION FORMS: We kindly ask our clients to fill out all our confidential consultation forms which include a health and skincare questionnaire. Understanding our clients' lifestyle, health, skincare regimen, previous history, for example, will play a significant role in our beauty and skincare treatment programs. 

Please remember to advise and keep your therapist updated for any health conditions, medication, allergies, if you are pregnant, etc.

 PATCH TESTS: Please ensure you have arranged a patch test 24 hours prior to your booked services for skin peel treatments, eyelash, and brow treatments.

You do not need an appointment for a patch test, you can visit Millies Lounge anytime during opening hours.

PRE AND POST-TREATMENT ADVICE: You will find our beauty guidelines for pre-treatment and post-treatment aftercare advice in our consultation forms. You will receive an email 24 hours before your appointment and they must be filled out before you attend your services. 

 GIFT CARDS: Gift cards are available to purchase in person at our salon or online. They are valid for 12 months.
